WHO IS IT FOR?
This workshop is for those who want to learn and experience a fun and easy way to take care of themselves and others by using Thai yoga massage techniques. Thai Yoga massage is an Eastern style of bodywork practiced fully clothed on a mat and promotes health by using deep stretches, pressure points and techniques using the hands, forearms, knees, elbows and feet of the practitioner.

WHAT IS IT FOR?
Happy Backs with Thai yoga massage will teach you massage techniques to stretch, relax and energise the back side of the body: legs, back and shoulders. Be prepared to release stress and tension from your body while you give and receive a holistic treatment in the spirit of loving-kindness.

ABOUT VANINA
I have studied Thai yoga massage in Chiang Mai, Thailand in 2010 and have been using it in my massage therapy practice ever since, as I believe this approach is the perfect mix of mindfulness and deep bodywork. Besides my 10 years of experience as a massage therapist, I hold a Master’s Degree in Osteopathy (University of Greenwich) and have extensively trained as a yoga teacher in India. As an experienced  osteopath, bodyworker, and teacher, I guide my students in a safe and mindful way to help them learn the basics of this Eastern approach to wellness.
