Vanina talar främst engelska men förstår svenska.

Vanina discovered yoga as a young woman and has found it to be a deeply healing practice. Initially trained within the Ashtanga and Sivananda lineages, Vanina has since moved on to teaching yoga as a healing practice to support women. She is trained in Womb yoga and teaches pregnancy and postpartum yoga, as well as gentle hatha and vinyasa.
